By accessing or using the Zeus Aero Group website (zeusaerogroup.com) or submitting a request for quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Zeus Aero Group provides electrical component distribution and sourcing services for aerospace and defense clients. All services are subject to individual quotation and agreement. Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding order or commitment by either party.

An order is not confirmed until Zeus Aero Group provides written order acknowledgment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payment terms will be specified on each quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due prior to shipment for new customers. Zeus Aero Group reserves the right to require prepayment or credit approval before processing orders.
Zeus Aero Group is committed to full traceability on all components supplied. Documentation provided with shipments (including certifications, 8130s, and country of origin records) is based on information received from our supply chain. Customers are responsible for verifying that documentation meets their specific program or regulatory requirements before use.
All claims for shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Zeus Aero Group. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Zeus Aero Group's liability for any claim arising from the supply of products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including aircraft downtime, loss of revenue, or program delays.
Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including EAR and ITAR where applicable. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a country subject to U.S. trade sanctions.
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Zeus Aero Group and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
